I passed my check-out dive after roughly six months on the ground, which was less dramatic than I had built it up to be.
My last jump was in May 2023. I spent eight days camping at Dropzone Thailand in June and got no jumps at all, because of strong wind and rain.
Dropzone Thailand has increased its fee since then.
With help from my AFF instructor and a dropzone instructor, I passed the COD.
I did not get the feeling of my first jump back. You only get that once.
